It has 1,700 watts, a 95–400°F range, and a useful clear window. Those numbers come from Instant’s spec sheet and Home Depot’s $139.99 listing. The problem is the company it keeps. It costs $20 more than the Cosori with half the warranty — one year, per Instant’s own warranty terms. It also has 50 fewer degrees of ceiling. And it has the worst counter efficiency of the five: 6 quarts on the second-largest single-basket footprint here.
